Abstract

In light of Economic Sociology, considering its premise that markets are social constructions, this project aims to map analytically those involved in shaping and implementing the Brazilian legislation on organic products, thereby delimiting the role of state legislation and in the economic field as well as the consequences for producers and consumers.
