Abstract

The theory of legal transactions is insufficient when applied to informed consent in Bioethics, because of its distinctives features that requires a new way of protection to the subject. The right to be informed and the freedom of will integrate informed consent. Although the theory of legal transactions is widely applied by the legal system, it is insufficient when applied to Bioethics, because of the vulnerability of related subjects.
