Abstract

Use to conventional fenton reaction as a alternative procedure to sulfitation with the purpose to use hydroxide peroxide as oxidative agent and Fe3+ as catalytic effect, analyzing their effects in sugarcane juice clarification and sucrose degradation and colour reduction. (AU)
