Abstract

Currently in Brazil has seen a significant increase in the incidence of anomalies in public buildings. Thus, the occurrence of pathological events in public buildings point will be predominant in this work. As part of this proposal includes the removal of the pathological manifestations present field research with photographic record of pathological problems, indicating the level of severity and presentation of general aspects of the anomalies identified three structural systems in public buildings. The three public buildings object of study, located in Presidente Prudente, are: Park Multiple Use (PMU) - structured steel, Core Morumbi (old CEFAM) - structured concrete and Events Center IBC - structured wood. By visual inspection can be observed current conditions of the three public buildings, diagnosing pathologies occurring in the same structural systems. Identify those pathological problems allows to establish preventive and corrective measures for projects in execution, in the specification of materials and / or in the user manual, in order to prevent recurrence in other ventures. Thus, the number of events detected is an indication that there is still much to be done in terms of quality and durability in structural systems of public buildings structured steel, concrete and wood.
