Abstract

We all are living in extraordinary times. In special for the risk managers, where the market and the business are more complex, the natural disasters and the terrorism are frequent. Regarding the supply chains, they are more vulnerable, due to their interrelation and their interdependences. In this context, this project will fill an important category of risk management in supply chain, where it will create a model suitable enough to analyze the correlation and interdependence of the global supply chain on the time of breakage caused for any risk event. For that, it will be done a case study for an air company by using Petri Nets.
