Abstract

This Scientific Initiation Project proposal is linked to the another project entitled "Learning Objects: resources, methodologies and strategies for improving the quality of learning" (FAPESP - 2012/15487-0). This project promotes the regular use of Learning Objects in 5 disciplines of Secondary Education in the State School Bento de Abreu, in the city of Araraquara. This project objective is to design and develop a "conceptual" model for the preparation of guides to use Learning Objects, based on the propositions of M. David Merrill, author who has devoted to researching learning strategies that can be used with the Learning. Is proposed for this study a literature review of the major and recent works of M. David Merrill and the development of a conceptual model of "Task-Centered Strategy" that helps establish tasks activities for students. The adequacy of the model will be tested in collaboration with other researchers and school teachers.
