Abstract

With all the social changes that have occurred in recent years, the need for a school with a different method of teaching where the peculiarities of each student and their particular way of learning must be considered in the classroom. We know that besides the uniqueness of each student, we should also consider the environments in which their learning takes place, so that the student can be identified as a "third teacher" because in this construction, the experiences of the students show that they are active subjects of their own learning processes. The aim of this work is to develop joint actions with students and teachers to make possible the creation of a classroom where the differences and the learning abilities of each student can be respected and where the teachers verify the effects of this intervention on student learning, in question. This is an action research, in which the target will be with 20 students of the 4th grade from a public school named "Escola Estadual Profa. Clodilde de Castro Barreira, under the direction of the Board of Education, Region of Assis, in the city of Candido Mota - SP, and also the teacher of the class and any succeeding teachers. For the survey of research, a collection of conversations will be used in a semi-structured interview. For evaluation of the proposed action to be implemented, we will follow the teaching / learning process by documenting the actions of the day-to-day lives of the students. At the end of the evaluation, a new collection of conversations by researchers will also be applied to a questionnaire for the assessment of actions taken in conjunction with students and teachers. Hopefully, at the end of this work, we can have a set of feasible strategies that will make possible the creation of a school environment more pleasant to the student, considering the individual differences of each one.
