Abstract

The improvement resulting in a progress of biotechnology tool of artificial insemination with cryopreserved semen asinines species (Eqqusasinus), can be continuated through this study that attempts to assess and understandthe most recent major hypotheses about the reproductive peculiarities of this species. The addition of seminal plasma in insemination doses of frozen-thawed semen has shown variable results on semen quality and even on fertility, influencing the uterine inflammatory response. It will also lead some researchers to suggest new studies about uterine flushing pos-breeding insemination with frozen-thawed semen as an influential factor in pregnancy rates. This study may help to understand with more details the reproductive singularities of this specie.
