Abstract

This is a systematic review that will build on the Care Centre for Evidence Based Health in collaboration with the Joanna Briggs Institute. The main question is: what factors influence adherence to treatment in patients co-infected with TB / HIV: the patient's perspective and health services. This review will consider studies that use adherence or non-adherence in the treatment of patients with co-infection, which describe the perceptions of patients, careers and health professionals. This will include articles that relate to qualitative methodology, as well as studies using qualitative and quantitative methods that report qualitative results. The search strategy will include three phases: the start with MEDLINE and CINAHAL which will be analyzed in the title and abstract, and index terms used to describe the article. Then identify the key words and terms indexed and will include the following databases. In the third phase, the reference lists of reports and articles will be searched for additional studies. Be considered studies published in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and the databases will be used MEDLINE, CINAHAL, LILACS, and The Cochrane Library of the Joanna Briggs Institute. (AU)
