Abstract

Experimental results show that the neural network dynamics in the brain presents aspects of criticality. In the last years, considerable efforts have been made to map the structure and functionality of the brain operation by means of projects like the "Human Connectome Project" (EUA) among others. Studies of the dynamics of networks are being developed to obtain a collective description of the network by local interactions. The objective of this project is to contribute for the theoretical study of network dynamics, exploring the state of criticality of these networks and the consequences of a deviation behavior of the network from the criticality.
