Abstract

The project will be developed during the years 2013/14 and 2014/15 in Experimental Farm Research and Education belonging of the University of Engenharia of Ilha Solteira - UNESP, located in Selvíria - MS. The local soil is of the type Ferralsol dark red epi-eutrophic Alic, clayey texture, originally under cerrado vegetation. The annual rainfall average is 1370mm, the annual temperature average annual is 23.5 º C and the annual relative humidity average of air is between 60 and 80%. The project will be developed in an área with soybean previously cultivated and will consist by three sub projects involving cover vegetables, inoculation mode of Azospirillum brasilense on different prepared soil systems: direct planting system (subproject a), minimum tillage (subproject b) and conventional tillage (subproject c).The purpose will be to study the effect of the vegetables cover and of inoculation modes with Azospirillum brasilense involving different systems of soil management, in the development and productivity of the maize cultivation in the second season.
