Abstract

The main aim of this proposal is to identify the Volterra kernels associated with a simplied solar array system that exists in the laboratory in FEMTO-ST, Besançon, France and that exhibits nonlinear behavior caused by clearance and impacts. The identied kernels can be used to create an index for detecting the nonlinear behavior and to separate by ltering the linear and nonlinear contribution contained in the output signals measured in function of the level and type of excitation applied in the solar panel.
