Abstract

The present work aims the development of devices to stock and conversion of energy through the oxides colloidal dispersion method. It is intended to prepare different oxides varying also its structure in order to achieve significant performances improvements, correlating the role of oxides properties in the final device efficiency. The oxide layer will also be prepared in a nanostructured form, since it is well known that such approach leads to an improved devices functioning. The physical and electrochemical characterization will be accomplished by X-ray analysis, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, impedance spectroscopy and photo-current curves.
