Abstract

The objective of this study is to comparatively evaluate the bond strength of restorations in vivo and in vitro, using different types of storage and aging, with and without simulated pulpal pressure. 50 divided samples will be used in accordance with the type of storage and aging of restoration (n = 10): G1 - restoration and retention of the tooth 24 hours (in vivo), G2 - restoration and 24 hour storage in deionized water (in vitro), G3 - restoration and realization of 28 thermal cycles and 666 mechanical cycles (in vitro), G4 - catering with simulated pulpal pressure and 24 hour storage in deionized water (in vitro); G5 - restoration with pulp pressure and performing 28 cycles 666 thermal and mechanical cycles (in vitro). The cavities are patterned with 4 mm long, 5 mm wide and 2 mm deep in relation to the marginal ridge. Preparation should be smooth and flat walls. The restorative procedure will be performed with the acid etching technique using full system Adper Single Bond 2 (3M Espe, Sumaré, SP, Brazil) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The restoration will be done with composite Grandio (Voco GmbH, Cuxhaven, Germany) resin being inserted into the cavity with resin spatulas to in steps of 2 mm and polymerized according to the manufacturers. The restorations will receive finishing and polishing finishing with multilaminated drills, followed by the use of sanding discs and polishing felt with folders (Diamond Master; FMG, Joinville, SC, Brazil), all procedures are performed by a single calibrated operator. Teeth restored from different groups are sectioned into sticks approximately 1mm2 width for realization of microtensile tests to be performed in a universal testing machine DL - 2000MF ( EMIC, Pinhais, PR, Brazil) with a 10 kg load to speed of 1 mm / min. Fractures are evaluated considering only the data of the adhesive and mixed fractures. The results will be submitted to ANOVA and Tukey test.
