Abstract

Creative Economy is a very discussed theme nowadays, all over the world, in respect of its capacity of promoting economic, social and cultural development. Fomenting this economy that has got creativity as its primary input, it´s possible to integrate different cultures through intercultural dialogue, which is sustained by arts, traditional culture manifestations, medias or functional technical innovation. Shall be taken of as a foundation the cultural diversity, present all over Brazil's territory, studying it from Bauru´s macro area. Aiming to get to know and to comprehend the intangible cultural heritage transmission process between generations, and how it becomes immanent. Besides analyzing the shared information inside originally African, Aboriginal and European communities, the research will plunge in the way how, through the contact between different cultures, to study and comprehend the multiculturalism and transculturation among these cultures. From research planning tool used in social communications area focusing on Public Relations, this inquiry will analyze qualitative and quantitatively the presence of intangible cultural expression ways, characterized as humanity intangible heritages, in Bauru´s creative territory. Knowing this, there will be offered strategies that point the regional multiculturalism, inserting local intangible heritage to comprehend the tourism creative chain in a tourism, which has already been used and that enriches even more the region, beyond indicating possibilities to public policies that embrace the area.
