Abstract

For proper implementation of a Grant Program, fitting and evaluation of FM System in students who have hearing losses in Brazilian schools, it is necessary an interdepartmental work, characterized by a careful coordination between Education and Health Systems. The network actions will gather different attention levels of people who have hearing losses, according the new ministerial policy "Living with no limits".The aims of this study are: - update the "Curso de Sistema de Frequência Modulada para Professores" site, performing appropriate amendments on currently content according to the questions listed in the Pilot Project (Bevilacqua et al, 2013), and the study of Libardi (2012) , turning it into the "Portal Sistema FM"; - Develop and analyze the effectiveness of a virtual environment for the information transmission to FM system professionals, through the Interactive Tele-education.Professionals from five Brazilian regions, who work in health hearing services accredited by SUS, will be invited to participate in the research. The contact will be done by email and phone, whereby will be presented the research objectives. The participation of 50 professionals is estimated. Due to the geographical distribution of participants - with representation from the five Brazilian regions - and in order to provide updates to professionals who work with the fitting of FM system hearing impaired students the course will be offered by distance (tele-education) through the Internet at the "Portal Sistema FM", available at the website: http://cursofm.fob.usp.br/.
