Abstract

This research aims to present theoretic considerations regarding the distribution of a specific branch of scarce resources in the contemporary societies, which are associates to population health. In particular, we will seek to present a theory that provides a plausible answer to the motive question: what we owe to each other in promoting and protecting population health? Specific objectives are intended to [1] to understand and map the positions and normative theories of justice with an emphasis on health-related issues, as well as health goods and health resources [2] to develop a particular argument about normative egalitarian justice of health and [3] to analyze which political and moral obligations - on health justice - we should have in relation to non-citizen, external to our country.
