Abstract

This is a research about the labor-mobility of African immigrants asylum seekers in Brazil from a broad framework for analysis, which considers the historical framework of the Refugee Status in the context of globalized production of territorial norms. This group framed in the situation of asylum-seeker would find itself stuck to a condition of permanent temporariness, that would be tied to a process of endless rejection. Our hypothesis is that between the place and the everyday life of these empirical subjects, the national territory and global regulatory norms exist a contradictory field of resistance and reproduction of the global.
