Abstract

Some of the main therapeutic targets previously selected for the design of drug candidates in inflammatory diseases will be investigated with the use of different methodologies of Computational Medicinal Chemistry. The candidate will have notions of structure- and ligand-based drug design and molecular knowledge of the targets investigated, as well as first contacts with synthetic organic chemistry.
