Abstract

The subject of "social network", "networking", "social assistance network", "articulated work" is extremely current in the official speeches of public policies for the childhood and adolescence, and also in the scope of Social Care. What would be the meaning of this speech which permeate so intensively the social public policies in recent times? Starting from the theoretical references about historical materialism, we aim to achieve a critical and contextual analysis of documents and bibliography, published on books and/or available on the internet about networking in the Brazilian Policy on Child and Teenager Care, and Social Assistance official documents. Moreover, we intend to discuss the increasing implementation of the speech about the "network" subject in the entities which integrate the System of Grant of Rights for the Child and the Teenager performed in the Social Care, and the aspects involved in the new management proposal for public and private assistance institutions. Where does this idea of the social working having to be articulated in the form of network to be effective come from? How did the idea of network arise in official documents which address about the public policies for Children and Adolescence in the Social Care? What would represent the speech about network and networking in these social policies? It is around of questions we aim to develop that scientific initiation research.
