Abstract

This research aims to analyze the cycle of policy instituted through of the establishment of the Triennial Plans of Education of the Educative MERCOSUL member between the years 2001-2010. Identifying the implications of the Triennial Plans Education of the Educative MERCOSUR in definition of the educational agenda of the member countries in order to understand whether the proposals indicated in the Education Plans Triennial of the MERCOSUR Educative have favored improving the quality of the basic education among member countries.
