Abstract

The project consists in the fabrication and magneto-electrical characterization of a simple circuit based on isolated ferromagnetic nanowires. Nickel nanowires and electrode arrays will be fabricated and subsequently assembled by the dielectrophoresis technique. This kind of circuit allows, in a first step, studying the magnetoresistive behavior of individual ferromagnetic nanowires.
