Abstract

This research intends on developing a conception of political constructivism, based on aparticular interpretation of John Rawls' philosophy, in order to propose a possible critical theory ofjustice. Its main goals are to explore the connection between the political constructivism and thepolitical culture and argue that this connection allows for a theory of justice that could includes botha diagnosis of present pathologies in democratic societies and possibilities for overcoming suchpathologies (AU)
