Abstract As expected, up to the present stage of the PhD, were made a bibliographic review of integrated lot sizing and cutting stock problems. Mathematical models and solution methods from literature were studied, and new models were proposed. In this research project, in addition to keep studding/extending mathematical models, we will study and implement solution methods based on Lagrange relaxation and Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition, as well as, ways to use these methods together in a hybrid method combining the strengths of both methods.
