Abstract

This project will be developed in partnership with the University of Aveiro. Thus the adsorption tests shall be carried out with Pb and Zn by unconsolidated materials (transported soils) provided for in the project of Scientific Initiation. The laboratory where the student will perform the stage is focused for geological and geochemical analyses, with the necessary equipment to conduct this research. In this way, batch equilibrium tests (BET) will be performed with Pb and Zn in a 24 hour period and using transported soils (the atomic adsorption spectrometer is of own department where the fellowship will performed the stage, facilitating the acquisition of concentrations because in Brazil we would have to pay such tests). In that way, this project will help the fellowship in the development the project of Scientific Initiation, besides of providing greater knowledge of the techniques employed, because him will make all analyzes.
