Abstract

Objective: To rate the satisfaction of SIU-LNG, according to their expectations towards the wanted menstrual pattern at the moment of requesting the placement of the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (SIU-LNG), and according to the menstrual pattern presenting at the moment of the interview.Material and methods: 200 women will be rated, between 18 to 45 years, SIU-LNG's users. The study will be observational and descriptive cross-sectional. Women will be invited to participate on the day they appear on Ambulatorio de Planejamento Familiar. On that day, will be applied the questionnaire to the women that accept to participate the research. Statistic Analysis: student's t-test will be used on independent samples.
