Abstract

Inflammatory processes are present in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease , cancer and autoimmune diseases whose treatment is the administration of non-steroidal antiinflammatories and flavonoids to the patient. The project aims to characterize the electrochemical behavior of active and potentially bioavailable flavonoids , and their action as inhibitors of the enzyme COX- 2 . (AU)
