Abstract

This research project, to be developed over a period of 6 months as part of activities during my sabbatical in the United States, aims to fill some of the gaps, mainly of a methodological nature, associated with the recent developments of interregional computable general equilibrium models to Brazil. The emphasis on urban economies will address relevant aspects related to the better understanding of the income flows associated with the workplace and place of residence of workers and their impacts on urban growth.
