Abstract

The current project aims to present a research exchange proposal with the professor and researcher Cintia Rodríguez Garrido who is recognized for her extensive experience and great theoretical density in the area of historical-cultural perspective and early child development. Considering that infants' emotional expressions are their first communicative and interactive ability which orientates and connects them to people, the current project highlights the importance of deepening the theoretical study and analysis of infants' emotions and gestures, thus contributing to the comprehension of the affective bond construction process in infants. This research exchange proposal aims to contribute to the theoretical and methodological expansion of the doctorate project with which this document is linked. (AU)
