The sensitivities are forms of perception of the external environment and, therefore, have importance in many body functions. There is a complex sensory interaction, especially in the orofacial region, which includes the role of olfaction in taste, but little is known about the influence of temperature on taste perception of the subjects. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the thresholds of taste sensitivity at different temperatures in a sample of healthy individuals 30 individuals aged between 18 and 40 years will be evaluated, 15 men and 15 women.
