Abstract

The central objective of this research project is the development of visual works from the manipulation of a specific repertoire of forms: popular architectural elements found at the facades of buildings, though excursions held in the city of São Paulo. Inventory is intended to raise from this investigation. Consists in the collection of representations of models of bascule, pivot and tilting windows, typologies chosen by fully participate - albeit furtively - in the face of some areas of São Paulo, and because they are structurally defined by their property to generate gaps, tight spaces of communication between two environments, inside and outside, thus emphasizing attributes of discretion, protection, privacy and anonymity. It is intended to also include, at the end of the research project, other works that result from this research. (AU)
