Abstract

The aim of this research project is to carry out the synthesis of some peptoids analogs of the peptide Ac-DEVD, that inhibits caspase-3 activity, using multicomponent reactions. This project has the collaboration of researchers from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto of University of Sao Paulo and Federal University of ABC, which will be responsible for conducting the biological assays with the compounds synthesized.
