Abstract

This research project aims to develop a dance artistic process from the Dancer-Researcher-Performer (BPI) method with focus on its Co-live axle with Source. The core of the experiences from that axis is the research field, where the dancer comes out of classroom space and comes into contact with the body who wanta to search within this context. In this project we intend to conduct field research in Candomblé rituals in the city of São Paulo and Cachoeira, Bahia. The research in BPI method are carried out through the entire body of the researcher, looking up a significant seizure of gestures, movements, speech, smells, temperatures and other elements present in the search field. After field trials will be conducted Directed Laboratories within the DRP method, called dojos in which we will try to trigger what has been called the body of the researcher from your co-inhabiting with the Source. Will be made written records of each day of fieldwork, Field Diaries them, and on each day of the laboratory, the Dojo Diaries. The records will be analyzed at the end of the research seeking to highlight the relationship between what was experienced in and carried out field research which emerged in the body of the researcher in the laboratory directed. It is hoped that this research build the foundation for a scenic creation.
