Abstract

The study of zeros of polynomials is an area of mathematics that offers an extensive range of applications and also many open problems. Furthermore, it is not completely relevant topic within the disciplines of most degree courses in Mathematics in Brazil. Thus, it is intended that the candidate realize a study on the behavior of zeros of polynomials, in general, so that she acquires a solid base of knowledge in this area to extend their studies in the future in a post-graduation.
