Abstract

This internship postdoctoral research proposal to be developed at École française d'Athènes under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sandrine HUBER aims to develop an essential part of the main project developed at MAE-USP. The research activities are characterized by the analysis in loco of the unpublished archaeological material in the museum of Argos, in the Peloponnese, and the Museum of Eretria, on the island of Euboea. In addition, I will consult the archives of EFA in order to access the necessary documentation for the cataloging and the study of the material, such as excavation reports, photos, drawings, maps and plans. The internship abroad will also provide access to specialized titles on the main research subject in the library of EFA, which contains one of the largest and best equipped collection in Classical Archaeology, and in the libraries of other foreign research institutions in Athens as well. Finally, the internship abroad also includes the participation in academic activities organized by the EFA and the University of Lorraine through the invitation of the foreign supervisor, Prof. Sandrine Huber.
