Abstract

The purpose of this research Project is a) to describe the levels of postpartum depression, maternal anxiety and maternal stress; b) to describe the interaction between mother and baby; and c) compare the interaction between mother and baby from mothers with clinical levels of depression, anxiety and stress with mothers without these indicators of emotional damage. For this, this study will apply some tests, (EPDS) for postpartum depression, (IDATE) for anxiety and (ISP-4-FC) for stress. The analises of interaction between mother and baby will be realized according to experimental protocol "Face to Face Still Face". These tests will be apply in a sample of 50 mothers of babies with age among four and five months. For analises of datas, the tests will be corrected under their respectives protocols and the filming under the Child-Adult Relationship Experimental Index - CARE-Index for the mother´s behavior and the Still Face, for the baby's behavior. The results will be compared and correlated. In ocasion of finding clinical levels of emotional indicators in some mother of the sample, that will be forwarded to the therapeutic procedure at the Center of Applied Psycology. (AU)
