Workers exposed to noise and chemical agents tend to undergo changes in outer hair cells. These changes may prevent or hinder the full use of listening skills, damaging not only the work but also the quality of life of these individuals. Objective: To analyze the transient evoked otoacoustic emissions and distortion product of workers exposed to noise and organophosphate. Methods: This is an analytical, observational and cross-sectional study conducted in the Education Center of Studies and Health-CEES- UNESP Marilia. The medical records of workers will be analyzed from a state authority that performed audiological evaluation in the year 2014 will be used the information related to history and analyzed the results of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) and distortion product (DPOAE) held through Madsen of AccuScreen screening equipment. It will be used descriptive and inferential statistics for the analysis of all results.
