Abstract

This study will focus on the development, validation and application of analytical method for the analysis of drug oxytetracycline in sewage samples from São Carlos city. The sewage samples will be colected before and after treatment for six months. The collects will be monthly. To prepare the sample will be used the microextraction method in solid phase (SPME). The liquid chromatography with diode array detector will be used as an analytical technique for the analysis of oxiteraciclina in sewage samples.
