Abstract

The goal of this project is to investigate the metabolism of Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus through isotope labeling associated with mass spectrometry MALDITOF/ TOF. Besides the isotope incorporation, this project aims to investigate the production of vesicles by G. diazotrophicus. Scanning electron microscopy will be used to analyze the morphology of the vesicles and MALDI-TOF/TOF will be used to assess its protein composition.
