Abstract

This study will examine the publications in international journal Adult Education Quarterly, American, high academic relevance (JCR impact factor = 0.786, position 99 of 219) during the period covering the years 2013-2014). The goal is to analyze elements of the articles referring to the contents, themes, methodologies and origin of production in the paper, identifying if there is Brazilian authorship and its proximity or remoteness of discussions by authors of other nationalities. It will be used content analysis, organizing the data to quantitatively and qualitatively. This IC is part of larger research ("Transformation of Adult Education in Learning Community: educational performances of success for a social model of AE"), coordinated by guiding and financed by CNPq, in the announcement of Humanities and productivity bag.
