Inserted in the universe of Youth and Adult Education and Socio-education, this research proposal aims to build and evaluate, together with municipal EJA schools and the Reference Center Specialized in Social Assistance (CREAS), responsible for carrying out socio-educational measures in an open environment, elements for the implementation of a public policy for welcoming and overcoming school difficulties for young people and adults, as well as for training teachers in basic education in EJA and Socioeducation. This is a qualitative, longitudinal research (4 years) of action research, which will be developed in partnership with the Municipal Department of Education, with four Municipal EJA schools and with CREAS. Initially, a systematic survey of the bibliographic production will be carried out. , from the perspective of "State of the art" with regard to work methodologies in EJA, accompanied by empirical research, to be carried out in three stages, as follows: 1) survey of the difficulties of the teaching-learning process and the reception of the public EJA, highlighting those related to the youthfulness of EJA and young people in compliance with socio-educational measures; 2) workshops with alternative methodologies with the support of Escrivências (Conceição EVARISTO); 3) discussion and analysis of data carried out through an individual questionnaire and conversation circles with all research participants in the previous stages. Different resources will be used, from the perspective of writing and the construction of powerful methodological strategies, which contemplate horizontality in their actions, starting from the contexts of experiences of these adolescents, young people and adults, based on their own needs and life stories. As a result, the production of data, pedagogical materials and subsidies for the elaboration of public policies on EJA, Socio-education and in-service teacher training are expected, which can contribute to equal rights and to the reduction of educational inequality of young people and adults in public schools in the state of SP.
