Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a vision where "things" such as objects, places and environments are interconnected by Internet embracing a vast amount of hardware and software technologies. The evolution of IoT and related devices has allowed the development of services more and more advanced, through the aid of middleware and frameworks that add these applications the ability to exchange information and make decisions in heterogeneous environments. The search and selection of devices sensors in this provision environment as a service is a challenge to be overcome, since multiple conflicting objectives should be considered at the same time. This research project aims to analyze the behavior and quality of the solutions provided by different decision analysis algorithmsmulti-criteria applied in the context of IoT.
