Abstract

The Research Internship Abroad, held during the development of doctoral project - Women's soccer from the outskirts to downtown: training and professionalization of women soccer players in São Paulo city - aims to theoretical deepening of the issues that guide this thesis: Gender Studies, Anthropology of Sport and Urban Anthropology. It is from the academic experience abroad and contact with other productions from other locations that we can expand, revise and deepen these three theoretical axis used to discuss and think about women's soccer practiced in São Paulo, southeastern Brazil.
