Abstract

Heart Failure (HF) is the leading cause of hospitalization and deaths by cardiovascular disease. The best treatment for this disease is crucial to change this pattern and get improve the patient prognostic, but besides treatment is needed that patient joins treatment. Objective: Analyze disease natural history in HF's patients, analyze parameters as ejection fraction (EF) and functional class and link improvements with how much patients joined treatment Methodology: A retrospective longitudinal study in which will be analyzed medical records of patients from outpatient Mario Covas of Marilia Medical School.
