Abstract

This research aims to analyze through the life story of the Physical Education teacher, active in municipal schools, how the methodological approach and the contents worked in their teaching practice is defined. The theoretical framework will be built in order to discuss what content and methodologies are proposed by some teaching approaches of Physical Education. The method will be the story of life, to be held with four teachers from four public schools in Campinas and region. As a result, it is expected that from the narratives of the particular history of each teacher can understand their options, facilities and difficulties in their methodological choice for Physical Education classes.
