Abstract

Recently, especially in the education field, there have been a lot of debates about the memory's role in how the history of education is constructed. This memory may be collected interviewing teachers and school workers, using the oral history on this project pretends to study the school's reality and understand it's every day matters. This study may make it possible to trace the necessary relationships with the school's relativity and make a narrative analysis of these experiences through interviews with teachers and school's workers tracing the institution's history and its internal relationships, called "intragroups". On this path, this study proposes the development of a profound observation of the values comprehended in the school inside a collective parameter (THOMPSON, 23.). The objective is to increase the critical eye on the relation of the professional job of teachers and school workers and their life experience on the school's memory history. Following these parameters, the search of the best understanding of the questions about the school's memory and education, the GEPLENP(Study group about research, language, teaching and teacher's narrative), is developing a job among the public school's of Assis, São Paulo, Brazil. The Project presented integrates a group of experiences inside the major project, called: "School Memory: tackling parts of time through teacher's experiences" (AU)
