Abstract

Although the classic proteolysis methods are well established over time for sample preparation associated with large variability obtained for given trypsin digestion of protein demand for new protocols and elucidation of these variations. In this context, the immobilization of trypsin in different media has been the subject of various studies aiming at reduction in proteolysis of time with the formation of a larger number of peptides limits. Immobilizing advantages of (IMER) - stability, a small volume of sample, reducing the test and reuse of time - coupled with the use of a magnetic medium-large surface area, easy separation with the aid of a magnetic field and precise interventions means complex - arouse interest for the use of this tool in proteomics. Thus, the project presented here aims to develop protocol proteolysis using immobilized trypsin on magnetic particles.
