Abstract

This post-doctoral project proposes the development of a new method to determine the quaternary structure of protein complexes by combining experimental methods such as cross-linking and Mass Spectrometry with Molecular Dynamics simulations with Structure-Based model potentials. This strategy can become an efficient and general method to study the function of many cellular mechanisms that remain unknown.
