Abstract

This project involves the study of solar system dynamics problems related to the spin orbit coupling, such as the origin of the obliquity of Uranus and/or Neptune and the formation of multiple asteroids through rupture of asteroids due to the increase of its rotational velocity. The studies will be made through numerical simulations of spin orbit systems, as well as analytical analysis relative to the energy and angular momentum conservation, resonant dynamics (obliquity studies) and rupture (asteroid studies).
