Abstract

This project aims to develop the study of labor legislation produced between 1930 and 1988. The analysis will be done from the legal standards that will be inserted into the database "Legislation: Workers and Work in Portugal, Brazil, and Africa Colonial Portuguesa" ( http://www.ifch.unicamp.br/cecult/lex/web/). Beside the collection and references of information drawn of legal texts, the student will produce a text on the discussions inside and outside the Parliament around two laws, investigating its changes from the legal proposition to its final version.
